- Support mobility, strength, balance, functional recovery, and independence
- Treat patients in medical/surgical and telemetry care areas as needed
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans appropriately
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and safety techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
Requirements
- Active Nevada Physical Therapist license required
- Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required
- Substantial outpatient setting experience required
- BLS/BCLS certification required
- Experience with inpatient, long-term care, home health, or Med/Surg/Telemetry patients preferred
- Ability to work day shifts
