We’re looking for a results-driven Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our marketing strategy, generate high-quality leads, and help drive real revenue growth, not just impressions or likes.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and sales growth
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid channels
- Create and oversee high-converting content (videos, reels, before/after transformations, ads)
- Develop and manage social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Use tools like HubSpot (or CRM) to track leads, nurture campaigns, and measure ROI
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing aligns with revenue goals
- Travel between locations (Charlotte, Monroe, Raleigh, Charleston) to capture content and support local campaigns

- 2–5+ years of marketing experience (home services, construction, remodeling, or similar is a plus)
