Overview
Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is transforming how mid-market and growing enterprise businesses manage their finances, projects, and operations — all in one connected platform. As we expand IES across industries like Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, and Healthcare, we’re seeking a Group Product Marketing Manager to define our upmarket strategy and growth plan for the Construction vertical.
This is a senior, highly strategic, full-stack PMM role — combining market insight, product influence, packaging strategy, and storytelling leadership. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Industry GMs to define how IES competes, differentiates, and wins in each vertical — shaping the next chapter of Intuit’s mid-market expansion.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Define the Construction Vertical Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end product marketing strategy for industry expansion — from market sizing and segmentation to positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
- Identify high-growth verticals and subsegments with the strongest product-market fit, leveraging market, customer, and usage insights.
- Develop frameworks that guide how Intuit builds, packages, and monetizes vertical workflows across QuickBooks Advanced and IES.
- Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Product to model TAM, revenue potential, and attach opportunities across SKUs.
Shape Product and Packaging Decisions
- Influence the product roadmap by connecting customer needs to monetization and adoption opportunities within each industry.
- Define vertical editions, feature tiering, and pricing strategies that align with customer value and competitive dynamics.
- Collaborate with Product to ensure new capabilities are positioned for maximum adoption, revenue, and retention.
- Partner with PMMs across core departments to ensure a consistent and differentiated “vertical ERP” story.
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy and Execution
- Own the narrative for how IES delivers end-to-end industry workflows — ensuring clarity and resonance from the website to sales decks.
- Build the GTM blueprint for vertical launches, including naming, messaging, content strategy, enablement, and demand activation.
- Partner with Channel and Sales Enablement to equip sales teams with vertical-specific playbooks, proof points, and competitive positioning.
- Lead engagements and pitches with firms, selling partners and analysts.
- Lead cross-functional readiness reviews to ensure alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams for each launch.
Act as a Strategic Thought Partner
- Serve as the senior voice of the market — regularly briefing leadership on trends, competitive movements, and opportunities for expansion.
- Advise cross-functional leaders on how to prioritize investments that accelerate vertical adoption and market share.
- Represent Intuit at industry events, customer councils, and analyst briefings as a credible thought leader for mid-market ERP innovation.
Lead and build a team of marketers to accelerate our vertical strategy.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or go-to-market leadership.
- Direct experience building product or GTM for Construction software.
- Deep understanding of how to translate customer insight into product and packaging decisions.
- Track record of driving multi-vertical go-to-market initiatives that deliver measurable growth.
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills — able to inspire action across all levels of the organization.
- Analytical rigor with comfort in modeling market opportunities, pricing, and financial impact.
- Experience leading without authority — influencing roadmaps, org priorities, and cross-functional outcomes.
- 3+ years managing a small team (3-5), developing priorities, coaching and providing feedback on both craft and leadership.

Which companies sponsor visas for social media marketers in Georgia?
Atlanta-headquartered employers are the primary source of social media marketing sponsorship in Georgia. Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, Home Depot, and NCR have histories of sponsoring H-1B visa workers in marketing functions. Large advertising agencies with Atlanta offices, including WPP and Publicis group agencies, have also filed Labor Condition Applications for marketing roles. Mid-size tech firms in Atlanta's Midtown and Buckhead corridors are increasingly active sponsors as well.
Which visa types are most common for social media marketing roles in Georgia?
The H-1B is the most common visa for social media marketing positions in Georgia, provided the role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a directly related field. O-1A visas are an option for candidates with documented recognition, such as industry awards or significant follower growth metrics. TN visas cover Canadian and Mexican citizens in certain marketing analyst roles under USMCA.
Which cities in Georgia have the most social media marketing sponsorship jobs?
Atlanta accounts for the overwhelming majority of social media marketing sponsorship activity in Georgia. Midtown Atlanta is home to agency clusters and tech companies, while Buckhead houses corporate marketing departments for large brands. Sandy Springs and Alpharetta, both suburbs north of Atlanta, have growing employer bases in fintech and SaaS that hire for content and social roles. Outside Metro Atlanta, sponsorship opportunities are considerably limited.
How to find social media marketing visa sponsorship jobs in Georgia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship and lets you filter social media marketing roles to Georgia directly. Because not every job posting on general platforms discloses sponsorship willingness, using a sponsorship-focused tool saves significant time. On Migrate Mate, you can identify Georgia employers who have sponsored marketing roles previously, giving you a more targeted list of companies worth pursuing in Atlanta and its suburbs.
What should international social media marketers know about working in Georgia?
Georgia does not have a state-specific visa or immigration program, so federal H-1B rules govern sponsorship entirely. Social media marketing roles must demonstrate specialty occupation status, meaning a specific degree requirement, not just any bachelor's degree, strengthens the petition. Georgia State University and Emory University produce marketing graduates and maintain employer networks, which can be useful for candidates building connections locally. Atlanta's competitive agency market means demonstrating platform-specific expertise and campaign analytics skills is particularly important for standing out.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored social media marketing jobs in Georgia?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
