- Create detailed project cost estimates, considering materials, labor, and other expenses
- During design, oversee cost control measures to ensure projects stay within budget constraints
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, facilitating the permitting process and ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to negotiate contracts with contractors and suppliers, seeking cost-effective solutions
- Proactively identify and address cost-related challenges in the pre-construction phase to optimize overall project financial performance
- Play a pivotal role in laying the groundwork for successful project execution by managing critical early-stage tasks with a keen focus on cost efficiency
- Develop project bid documents to be utilized by contractors to bid projects facilitated internally by the Corporate Real Estate Team
