ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERCENT OF TIME:
- 65% – Teaching classes (ballet technique and related courses appropriate to level and program needs)
- 10% – Supervising and mentoring students in rehearsals, performances, and individual coaching
- 15% – Coordinating Dance Adjuncts
- 10% – Service to the department, college, and university
