Search Analytics Manager Jobs in OregonAnalytics Manager Jobs in Oregon: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Oregon sponsor visas for analytics manager roles?
Intel and Nike are among Oregon's most consistent sponsors for analytics and data leadership positions, given their large technology and operations footprints in the Portland metro area. Daimler Trucks North America, Precision Castparts, and several mid-size SaaS and e-commerce companies based in Portland have also filed H-1B visa Labor Condition Applications for analytics manager titles.
Which visa types are most commonly used for analytics manager jobs in Oregon?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for analytics manager roles in Oregon, as the position typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, data science, computer science, or a related field. Candidates already holding L-1B or O-1 visa status may also be sponsored by larger Oregon employers, and some positions qualify for TN visa status for Canadian and Mexican nationals under the USMCA.
How to find analytics manager visa sponsorship jobs in Oregon?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international job seekers and filters analytics manager roles in Oregon by visa sponsorship history, so you're not sorting through listings from employers who don't sponsor. The platform surfaces companies that have filed LCAs or H-1B petitions for analytics roles in Oregon, which is more reliable than guessing from general job boards. Start by filtering to Oregon and the analytics manager category.
Which cities in Oregon have the most analytics manager sponsorship jobs?
Portland accounts for the overwhelming majority of analytics manager sponsorship activity in Oregon. The city's concentration of technology firms, corporate headquarters, and semiconductor manufacturing (particularly Intel's large campus in Hillsboro) makes the metro area the primary hiring hub. Smaller cities like Beaverton and Lake Oswego also see occasional postings from employers headquartered or with significant operations in the west Portland suburbs.
Are there any Oregon-specific considerations for analytics manager visa sponsorship?
Oregon employers must pay analytics managers at least the prevailing wage determined by the Department of Labor for the Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro metropolitan area, which is the benchmark used on Labor Condition Applications filed in the region. Oregon's strong university pipeline from Oregon State University and the University of Oregon produces local talent, meaning sponsored candidates are generally expected to bring specialized or senior-level expertise that justifies the additional time and cost of sponsorship.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored analytics manager jobs in Oregon?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
