Which companies sponsor visas for product analysts in Oregon?
Intel, Nike, Adidas, and Daimler Trucks North America are among Oregon's larger employers with established H-1B visa sponsorship track records for analytical roles. Portland-based SaaS companies and e-commerce platforms have also sponsored product analysts, though sponsorship willingness varies by company size, hiring volume, and the specific team's budget. Checking a company's public LCA filings through the DOL OFLC disclosure database can confirm past sponsorship activity.
Which visa types are most common for product analyst roles in Oregon?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for product analyst positions in Oregon, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, computer science, or business analytics, meeting the specialty occupation standard. Candidates already on F-1 OPT or STEM OPT extension can work while an employer pursues H-1B sponsorship. The O-1A is an option for analysts with demonstrated exceptional achievement, though it requires substantial evidence.
How to find product analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Oregon?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship, making it straightforward to browse product analyst openings in Oregon without sorting through roles that don't offer sponsorship. You can search by role type and state to surface positions from Oregon employers actively hiring international candidates. This saves significant time compared to manually researching sponsorship status across individual company career pages.
Which cities in Oregon have the most product analyst sponsorship jobs?
Portland accounts for the large majority of product analyst sponsorship opportunities in Oregon, driven by its concentration of tech employers, Nike and Adidas global headquarters, and Intel's major campus in nearby Hillsboro. Beaverton and Hillsboro, part of the greater Portland metro area, add meaningful volume through semiconductor and hardware companies. Outside this metro corridor, sponsorship opportunities for product analysts are limited.
Are there state-specific considerations for product analysts seeking sponsorship in Oregon?
Oregon employers filing H-1B Labor Condition Applications must meet DOL prevailing wage requirements for the Portland-Vancouver-Hillsboro metro area, which are determined by the specific SOC code assigned to the product analyst role. Oregon does not have state-level visa or work authorization programs, so all sponsorship flows through federal channels. Oregon State University and the University of Oregon produce graduates who enter this pipeline, so some employers have recruiting relationships with those programs.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product analyst jobs in Oregon?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
