Which staffing companies in Pennsylvania are known to sponsor TN visas?
Larger national staffing firms with Pennsylvania offices, including Kelly Services, Aerotek, Manpower, and Staffmark, have historically filed TN visa petitions for qualifying professional roles. Regional staffing agencies headquartered in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data as TN sponsors. Sponsorship availability varies by role, office, and business need, so confirming directly with each employer's HR or legal team is the appropriate first step.
Which cities in Pennsylvania have the most staffing TN sponsorship jobs?
Philadelphia generates the highest volume of staffing and recruiting job postings in Pennsylvania, driven by its large healthcare, financial services, and professional services sectors. Pittsburgh follows, with demand tied to technology, energy, and advanced manufacturing clients. The Lehigh Valley, particularly Allentown and Bethlehem, sees activity from industrial and logistics staffing firms. Smaller markets like Harrisburg and King of Prussia also have a notable presence of regional staffing operations.
What types of staffing roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship in Pennsylvania?
TN visa eligibility in the staffing industry is determined by the specific job duties and the TN occupation category, not the industry itself. Roles commonly structured to qualify include management consultants overseeing workforce solutions, scientific or engineering recruiters whose work aligns with a listed TN category, and industrial engineers placed in client-facing workforce optimization roles. Standard recruiter or account manager positions do not automatically qualify and require careful review against published TN occupation criteria.
How do I find staffing TN sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for TN visa holders and filters job listings by visa type, state, and industry, making it straightforward to browse staffing and recruiting roles in Pennsylvania that employers have identified as TN-eligible. Searching within Migrate Mate for Pennsylvania staffing positions lets you focus on employers already open to TN sponsorship rather than screening hundreds of general postings. Pairing that search with direct outreach to large staffing firms' regional offices in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh improves your chances further.
Are there any Pennsylvania-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in the staffing industry?
Pennsylvania does not impose state-level work authorization requirements beyond federal TN visa rules, but the state's industry mix matters for TN eligibility. Staffing firms here frequently serve healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services clients, which shapes the professional roles they hire internally. Because TN status for staffing employees depends on the specific duties performed rather than the industry, firms with dedicated workforce consulting or industrial engineering functions are generally better positioned to structure a compliant TN petition than general-purpose recruiting agencies.
