Which staffing companies in Washington sponsor TN visas?
Several national staffing firms with Washington offices have documented TN visa sponsorship activity, including Insight Global, Staffmark, Apex Group, and Adecco. These agencies regularly place Canadian and Mexican professionals into roles that meet TN specialty occupation criteria. Sponsorship availability varies by office and by the specific role being filled, so confirming directly with the hiring manager during the application process is advisable.
Which cities in Washington have the most staffing TN sponsorship jobs?
Seattle and Bellevue account for the largest share of staffing TN sponsorship activity in Washington, driven by the region's concentration of technology, life sciences, and aerospace employers that rely on staffing agencies for specialized talent. Tacoma and Redmond also see regular activity. Staffing firms in these cities frequently fill roles requiring technical or business credentials that align with TN-eligible occupation categories.
What types of staffing roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
TN-eligible roles within staffing and recruiting tend to fall into occupation categories recognized under USMCA, such as accountants, engineers, computer systems analysts, scientific technicians, and management consultants. Recruiters and HR business partners with relevant degrees may also qualify depending on the specific duties involved. The role must require a qualifying degree and match an approved TN occupation category, generalist administrative positions typically do not qualify.
How do I find staffing TN sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate is built specifically to surface TN-eligible jobs from employers with verified sponsorship history, filtered for Washington's staffing sector. Rather than sorting through general job listings where sponsorship status is unclear, Migrate Mate lets you search by visa type, industry, and state so you can focus on roles where TN sponsorship is already part of the employer's hiring process. This saves time and targets the right opportunities from the start.
Are there Washington-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in staffing?
Washington's staffing market has some characteristics worth understanding. Many staffing placements involve the worker being on-site with a client company rather than the staffing agency itself, which means the end client's work location and job duties factor into TN eligibility. Washington's strong technology sector means client assignments frequently involve technical occupations that do meet TN criteria, but each placement should be evaluated individually based on the actual job duties and degree requirements involved.
