Position Summary
This role is focused on Forecasting and Budgeting revenue and pharmacy scripts at store. Store Budgets are a critical tool used by the leadership team to help manage the Financial and Operational performance of the business. The individual will take an active role in identifying improvement opportunities and will partner cross functionally with business partners throughout the company. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate that is eager to learn the FP&A Retail Store process and get experience presenting to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years related budgeting and analysis experience, preferably in a retail organization
- 2+ years in a role supporting multiple projects/responsibilities simultaneously, while ensuring flexibility to meet deadlines and support team goals
- A clear understanding of basic financial and accounting concepts
- Excellent PC skills including BI, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- 4+ years related financial budgeting experience, preferably in a retail organization
- MBA
- SAP / Essbase Experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools or frameworks (e.g., predictive modeling, automation, or advanced analytics)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
