Overview
This full-time Global Enterprise Applications Specialist will primarily serve as the technical and functional owner of Wrike, Kemin’s (PPM) platform. The role is responsible for providing Tier 3 expert support, maintaining platform stability, and driving adoption and continuous improvement across global teams. This full-time and global position plays a key role in managing the full lifecycle of PPM platforms, from configuration and integration to roadmap planning and vendor coordination. The specialist will be a member of the global IT team and will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to optimize project and work management processes, implement enhancements, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Other platforms (non-PPM) can be assigned later to own in a similar way to move the company forward.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Serve as primary technical and functional owner of Wrike, and other applications as assigned
- Provide Tier 3 support and resolve complex issues
- Configure workflows, dashboards, and integrations
- Manage releases and platform performance
Adoption & Platform Management
- Develop training programs and best practices
- Drive adoption across business units
- Maintain documentation and governance standards
- Gather and implement business requirements
Future Planning & Strategy
- Contribute to platform roadmap
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Evaluate new features and tools
Vendor Coordination
- Manage vendor relationship and escalations
- Coordinate releases and upgrades
General IT Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities First Year
- Optimize workflows for project intake and execution
- Onboard other departments on Wrike
- Build dashboards and reporting for portfolio visibility
- Enable automation within Wrike
- Align tools with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of prior experience managing PPM tools like Wrike, Monday.com, Jira or others.
Essential Skills And Experiences
- Experience with Wrike, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
- Strong configuration and administration skills
- Understanding of project portfolio management processes
- Experience with integrations and APIs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in technical and functional ownership of other enterprise software applications is a plus.
Preferred Certification
- ITIL certification
- Experience with Agile/Scrum
- Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, dashboards)
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
