We are seeking a detail-oriented Program & Grants Management Coordinator to support program staff with contract administration, subrecipient management, fiscal oversight, and grants management activities. This role will serve as a key liaison between program teams and fiscal management, ensuring contracts, budgets, invoices, reporting requirements, and compliance documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The ideal candidate will have experience managing contracts, monitoring grant-funded programs, reviewing financial documentation, tracking expenditures, and providing guidance to stakeholders on purchasing and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract creation, amendments, renewals, and related documentation.
- Maintain MOUs, contracts, agreements, and associated records.
- Gather required approvals and signatures using Adobe Sign and other tracking tools.
- Enter and maintain contract and grant information within the Grants Management System (GMS).
- Support ongoing grant monitoring and compliance activities.
