We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive HR Project Specialist to join our global HR team supporting Sustainability Business and One Services. - Lead or contribute to global HR projects and transformation initiatives across Sustainability Business and One Services, partnering with HR and business leaders across regions and functions.
- Drive the execution, governance, and monitoring of strategic people programs and organizational initiatives.
- Deliver workforce planning, people analytics, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Act as a program management partner for critical business and HR priorities, ensuring effective coordination, follow-through, and execution.
- Develop executive presentations, leadership communications, and materials for leadership reviews, meetings, and events.
- Collaborate cross-functional stakeholders globally to drive alignment and results in a highly matrixed environment.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR consulting, HR project management, or people analytics, ideally gained within the energy services, sustainability, technology, or software sectors.
