ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical operators in the design, development, and validation of innovative mechanical solutions for Jabil's diverse product portfolio, ensuring high quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of mechanical operators, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and fostering professional development.
- Develop and implement robust mechanical design processes, standards, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with electrical and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration and manufacturability.
- Manage project schedules and resources for mechanical engineering activities.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product development process.
- Participate in design reviews and provide critical feedback to ensure design integrity and compliance with specifications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a technical team.
