ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Lead Specialist, Application and Product Management will lead efforts in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis. In addition, the professional will be responsible for oversight of the development implementation business plans, policies, and procedures. Specifically:
- Lead team of professionals who are involved in enterprise software administration, programming, and analysis
- Oversee the Development and implementation of business plans, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to prioritize enterprise resource planning (ERP)
- Evaluate results within business unit to determine if organizational objectives are being met
- Analyze and resolve enterprise software issues and needs including improvement of system efficiency and integration of existing software applications into ERP & CRM solutions
- Manage and provide career development to team members
