- Experience managing quarterly updates, legislative changes, and payroll compliance
- Familiarity with integrations across HR, Time, Benefits, and Finance/GL
- Proven ability to plan and oversee full lifecycle delivery
- Experience coordinating with vendors and Oracle Support
- Strong communication skills and formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
