- Client Implementations: Lead end-to-end client onboarding projects from kickoff through go-live and stabilization, coordinating timelines, data migration, training, and operational readiness.
- Strategic Project & Integration Management: Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives, acquisitions, integration projects, and portfolio/system migrations in financial services environments.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Client Services teams, aligning senior leaders and external clients without directly owning their functional deliverables.
- Project Governance & Tools: Manage project plans, RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, executive status reports, and PMO standards using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, or MS Project.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with loan servicing platforms, workflow tools, reporting solutions, and system modernization;
- Strong communication and leadership skills;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
