At PT Solutions, we’re hiring for a full-time Clinic Manager in San Marcos, TX who is ready to elevate their career while making a real difference in the lives of patients and our communities. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN INPATIENT REHABILITATION/ACUTE CARE CLINIC MANAGER
- Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team
- Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board
- Oversee patient care and clinic billing practices
- Maintain positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance
- Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance
- Carry strong interpersonal and organizational skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program
- Management experience preferred
- Current or pending state licensure
- Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
COMPENSATION
Pay Range: $83,200-$104,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensation factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
