Qualifications
Strategic Financial Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, or statistics. CPA, CMA, MBA or ASA, along with health insurance experience preferred plus 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

National pay structure — applies to the Boise and Lewiston, ID; Salt Lake City, UT, Oregon and Washington. The expected salary range is $70,600 - $95,500. The full salary range is $66,000.00 - $108,000.00 and the bonus target is 8%.
Regional pay structure — applies to North Dakota and Arkansas, as well as Idaho and Utah locations outside the metro areas listed above: The expected salary range is $63,500.00 - $85,900.00. The full salary range is $59,000.00 - $98,000.00 and the bonus target is 8%.
