The Senior Analyst will support project management activities for the Business Excellence Team.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Coordinate project activities to support successful execution of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, and key milestones.
- Gather and document project requirements and support changes to scope, schedule, and priorities.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or issues, and partner with the team to drive resolution.
- Track project performance and provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, meetings, deliverables, and project communications.
- Support the development of business cases using project data and stakeholder input.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
- Support project closeout activities, including documentation and lessons learned.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED (REQUIRED):
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience managing mid-to-large scale projects or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Onsite is required to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Travel up to 10%.
