Which companies sponsor visas for project management analysts in New Hampshire?
BAE Systems in Nashua has a consistent track record of H-1B sponsorship for project and program management roles tied to defense contracts. Dartmouth Health, Oracle, and several IT services firms in the Manchester corridor have also filed LCAs for project management analyst positions. Defense and healthcare employers tend to be the most active sponsors in this state given the concentration of those industries.
Which visa types are most common for project management analyst roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for project management analyst roles, provided the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, engineering, or information systems. Candidates already holding TN visa status (for Canadians and Mexicans) or L-1B visas through multinational transfers may also qualify depending on employer structure. O-1 visa sponsorship is uncommon for this role category.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most project management analyst sponsorship jobs?
Nashua and Manchester account for the largest share of project management analyst sponsorship activity in New Hampshire. Nashua's defense and advanced manufacturing sector drives demand, while Manchester functions as the state's commercial and technology hub. Portsmouth sees some activity through defense-adjacent and government contracting firms. Concord has limited private-sector sponsorship volume but hosts state-affiliated roles that occasionally require program management expertise.
How to find project management analyst visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search project management analyst openings in New Hampshire without sorting through roles that won't support work authorization. The platform surfaces employers in Nashua, Manchester, and Portsmouth who have a documented sponsorship history, which is particularly useful for narrowing your search to defense contractors and IT firms that regularly file H-1B petitions for this role type.
Are there any state-specific considerations for project management analysts seeking sponsorship in New Hampshire?
A significant portion of project management analyst roles in New Hampshire are tied to federal defense contracts, which means some positions carry security clearance requirements that can complicate or delay sponsorship for non-citizens. Employers working on classified programs have additional obligations when sponsoring foreign nationals. Candidates should clarify clearance requirements early in the hiring process. New Hampshire also has no state income tax, which affects total compensation comparisons but not sponsorship eligibility itself.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored project management analyst jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
