Overview
The Larner College of Medicine (LCOM) at the University of Vermont and University of Vermont Health are seeking an outstanding physician with experience in hematologic malignancies, autologous stem cell transplantation and CAR-T cell therapy to join our academic faculty in the Division of Hematology/Oncology, Department of Medicine. The individual will provide medical care to patients with hematologic disorders in the inpatient and outpatient settings and participate in the UVM Medical Center’s FACT accredited program. The successful candidate must demonstrate a successful record of collaboration and excellence in clinical care, teaching and scholarship. Applicants must be ABIM board eligible in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology and certified if more than 3 years after completion of fellowship. Ideal candidates will possess the experience and skills to support research, advance the educational mission of the University, and/or develop and lead clinical programs. Candidates must be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Vermont, for privileges at UVM Medical Center, and for faculty appointment at the University of Vermont. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven academic health system, combining clinical care, education, and research activity in a collaborative environment.
