Position Summary
The Business Systems Operations Administrator provides centralized technical, database and operational support using AMCS Platform to support account setup, service setup, work order generation, billing, customer services and general account control. Collaborating closely with key partners across the Resource Solutions Division, the incumbent leads day-to-day execution of transaction processes and technology solutions, helping the back-office organization run efficiently and effectively. The incumbent maintains a unified approach to transaction management, planning and processing across all lines of business in Resource Solutions. Executing tactical approaches to technology solutions that support and drive growth. Hiring range is $65,000-$85,000 based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates and manages training and resources to ensure that the team is up to date with process standards and new functionality
- Building process through pursuing continuous improvement to support the broader operation
- Supporting process development by designing and implementing best-in-class training practices
- Navigating and understanding interdependencies of a variety of technical tools and software systems
- Creates and maintains training documentation for all processes, including how-to guides and SOPs for front and back-end users, ensuring an updated and organized resource library is available and accessible to all employees
- Maintains knowledge of and expertise in AMCS Platform, NetSuite, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other related technology solutions
- Works to ensure data capture is accurate and meets business needs
- Implements technology best practices to accurately capture and store data, as well as deploying processes to audit the systems on a recurring basis and provide clear feedback to the teams
- Acts as a resource to the team, providing support and guidance and coordinating with relevant internal parties to resolve issues
- Leads the set-up of back-end data (e.g., teams, customers, accounts, costs, prices, contracts, etc.), ensuring data and logic are accurate while also establishing best practices to ensure efficient account management
- Maintains knowledge of the latest technologies, version updates, and enhancements and recommends updates to enhance the current system to increase efficiency and usability
- Provides hand-on support for continuous improvement, defining and championing efficient and replicable change management processes
- Defines process and procedures for managing and prioritizing change requests in coordination with key stakeholders
- Manages project timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality work is delivered in a timely manner
- Leads user acceptance testing (UAT) process and approvals, coordinating with cross-departmental teams
- Participates in a unified team across a decentralized organization
- Fosters strong relationships, providing best-in-class support as a partner and liaison between various departments and teams, including sales, finance, IT, marketing, operations, billing and customer service, in addition to stakeholders from other parts of the business
- Participates in creating an inclusive, engaged, and unified community to ensure connectivity among teams and with cross-departmental teams
- Seeks to understand business needs, creates opportunities to share information, advocates for a common language, and engages in ongoing dialogue with internal stakeholders to foster inclusion
- Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, its products, sales, and services, and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values
Education, Experience & Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to critically analyze and improve system workflows
- Database/ERP management and/or implementation
- Project experience working with inter-departmental teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Required: Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, computer science, or other related degree
- Preferred: Advanced Degree or project management or systems certification
