Your mission
Diagnose precisely: apply precision measuring tools and data-driven methods to find root causes fast. Fix it right: perform installations, corrective repairs, and preventative maintenance across compressors, dryers, cooling towers, and filtration. Elevate others: train customers, collaborate with sales, and mentor service trainees. Communicate clearly: craft legible, detailed service reports ready for billing; brief the manufacturing facility on findings and next steps. Lead yourself: manage your time, expenses, and company resources with integrity and professionalism.
What it takes to win
- 2–5 years of hands-on troubleshooting in industrial/commercial mechanical systems; exposure to compressed air, centrifugal technology, or controls is a strong plus. Experience starting up/servicing rotary and centrifugal compressors (including dryers, cooling towers, filtration) is beneficial.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license held for 12+ months with a safe record—no major or frequent violations (e.g., DUI within 5 years; hit-and-run; license suspension; reckless/careless driving; or multiple minor/preventable incidents in the last 3 years).
