- Welcome and serve guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and process payments accurately.
- Provide menu recommendations and information about onboard entertainment, cruise routes, and points of interest.
- Help create a fun, celebratory atmosphere for guests.
- Set up and maintain dining areas and service stations.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized guest areas while supporting the team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous high-volume restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive, team-focused attitude.
- Must meet minimum state age requirements.
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
