- Build and document end-to-end development workflows for new analytical methods, including scoping, experimental design, optimization, validation, and readiness for production use.
- Maintain and continuously improve the training program for new analytical methods, ensuring technicians and engineers are fully qualified and methods are executed consistently across sites.
- Partner with the Lab Manager to diagnose and resolve instrument excursions, performance drift, and maintenance issues that impact method reliability.
- Serve as a technical leader in root-cause investigations and corrective-action efforts for production issues, using analytical data to drive problem resolution and prevent recurrence.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years of quality systems experience in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced understanding of measurement system analysis, sampling plans, hypothesis testing, and calibration
- Structured problem-solving (8D) and analytical skills, including strong technical skills in statistical tools, Design of Experiments (DOE), Process Capability (Cpk, Ppk), etc.

Which electronics companies sponsor TN visas in West Virginia?
West Virginia's electronics TN visa sponsorship activity is led by defense and aerospace contractors in the Eastern Panhandle, chemical and energy sector employers in the Kanawha Valley, and university-affiliated research operations in Morgantown. Lockheed Martin has facilities in the state, and manufacturers tied to the region's natural resources and chemical industries regularly seek electronics engineers and instrumentation specialists on TN status.
Which cities in West Virginia have the most electronics TN sponsorship jobs?
Charleston concentrates the most electronics TN roles due to its chemical and energy industry base, which requires instrumentation, process control, and industrial electronics specialists. Martinsburg in the Eastern Panhandle attracts defense-adjacent electronics hiring. Morgantown supports electronics research and engineering positions through West Virginia University and its affiliated technology partners, making it a secondary hub for TN-eligible electronics professionals.
What types of electronics roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship?
Roles that commonly qualify include electronics engineer, electrical engineer, industrial instrumentation technologist, hardware design engineer, and computer engineer. For TN eligibility, the position must require at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a directly related field such as electronics engineering or electrical engineering. O*NET occupation profiles and the USCIS TN guidance list engineering and computer science categories as qualifying professional occupations.
How do I find electronics TN sponsorship jobs in West Virginia?
Migrate Mate is built specifically to surface TN-eligible electronics roles in West Virginia, filtering positions by visa type and state so you aren't sorting through listings from employers who don't sponsor. Search Migrate Mate for electronics and electrical engineering roles in Charleston, Martinsburg, and Morgantown. Each listing reflects actual employer sponsorship history, which is particularly useful in a smaller market like West Virginia where TN-active employers are concentrated in specific industries.
Are there state-specific considerations for electronics TN sponsorship in West Virginia?
West Virginia's electronics hiring is closely tied to defense contracting, chemical processing, and energy infrastructure rather than consumer electronics or semiconductor manufacturing. TN applicants targeting these industries should ensure their credentials align with engineering or technologist classifications recognized under USCIS guidelines. Security clearance requirements are common among Eastern Panhandle defense employers, which can affect hiring timelines independent of the TN visa process itself.
