ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2002 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in wholesale sales. I've been married for 24 years, have two sons, and enjoy coaching their sports teams. Outside of work, you'll usually find me outdoors or out on the water boating with my family.
Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency proudly supports local youth sports teams and enjoys investing in the communities we serve.
For our team, we offer health benefits, a 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team while creating a rewarding, long-term career.
Our culture is relaxed, family-first, and built on trust. I don't believe in micromanaging—I believe in hiring great people, treating customers the right way, and giving my team the freedom to do their job well. If you're hardworking, dependable, and value both great customer service and work-life balance, we'd love to meet you.

Search Account Representative Jobs in WisconsinAccount Representative Jobs in Wisconsin: Frequently Asked Questions
Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for account representative roles?
Several Wisconsin-based employers have a track record of sponsoring work visas for account representatives. Epic Systems in Madison, Fiserv in Milwaukee, American Family Insurance, and medical device companies in the greater Milwaukee corridor have filed Labor Condition Applications for sales and account management positions. Larger enterprise employers are generally more likely to have immigration infrastructure in place to support sponsorship.
What visa types are most common for account representative jobs in Wisconsin?
The H-1B visa is the most common visa category for account representative roles in Wisconsin, particularly when the position requires a bachelor's degree in a specific field such as business, marketing, or communications and involves specialized analytical or technical responsibilities. The TN visa is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. The O-1 visa applies in rare cases of demonstrated exceptional ability in a business field.
Which Wisconsin cities have the most account representative visa sponsorship jobs?
Madison and Milwaukee account for the largest share of account representative sponsorship opportunities in Wisconsin. Madison benefits from Epic Systems and a strong technology sector, while Milwaukee's concentration of financial services, insurance, and manufacturing companies drives demand. Green Bay and Appleton also have activity, particularly in insurance and industrial sales, though at lower volume than the two major metro areas.
How to find account representative visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa-sponsored account representative roles and filters job listings by sponsorship status, role type, and location, including Wisconsin. Searching Migrate Mate for account representative positions in Wisconsin surfaces employers who have indicated willingness to sponsor, saving significant time compared to applying broadly without knowing a company's sponsorship history.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for account representatives seeking visa sponsorship?
Wisconsin's account representative market skews toward industries with longer sales cycles, including healthcare IT, insurance, and manufacturing technology. Employers in these sectors often require candidates with domain-specific knowledge, which can strengthen a specialty occupation argument for H-1B eligibility. Wisconsin does not have state-level immigration programs, so sponsorship depends entirely on individual employer willingness and federal visa availability.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account representative jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
