- Assesses system issues, provides EMR training to improve function, standards, and patient outcomes.
- Partners with leadership to improve training, adoption, and optimization strategies to meet goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years of Epic Software.
- Front-End Revenue Cycle experience.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance plans and benefits.
- Willingness to investigate claim denials, including root cause analysis.
