- Coordinate equipment installations, repairs, and asset tracking to ensure all devices meet clinical readiness standards.
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, driving process improvements that enhance device utilization and care practices.
- Deliver comprehensive training and educational in-services to clinical staff, ensuring proper equipment operation and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and generate performance reports to demonstrate value and support contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align equipment solutions with the evolving needs of the surgical environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Skills
- High School diploma or GED with 6+ years of relevant experience in hospital operations, medical devices, or clinical settings.
- Strong understanding of OR and sterile processing workflows, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse hospital stakeholders, including surgeons and nursing staff.
- Demonstrated aptitude for performing preventative maintenance and basic technical repairs on medical equipment.
