ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
- Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, Flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layouts, and integrations
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate work effort and time requirements for development
- Develop and execute software testing plans to support migrations and implementation changes
- Create and maintain documentation for code, applications, and processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience with the Zoho product suite — specifically CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics modules
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations using Deluge scripting language
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing customizations using JavaScript
- 3+ years of experience building files in XML based on defined standards
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of systems analysis, technical documentation techniques, monitoring tools, and reporting/analytics techniques
