Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for product marketing managers?
Milwaukee-based financial services and fintech companies, including Northwestern Mutual and Fiserv, are among the more active sponsors for marketing roles. In Madison, Epic Systems and Exact Sciences have sponsored product marketing positions. Larger technology and healthcare companies with dedicated product lines tend to be the most willing to file H-1B visa petitions for experienced product marketing managers.
Which visa types are most common for product marketing manager roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa for product marketing managers in Wisconsin. The role generally qualifies as a specialty occupation when the employer requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Candidates already on OPT or STEM OPT can work while their H-1B petition is pending. The TN visa is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose role meets the qualifying criteria.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most product marketing manager sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee and Madison account for the large majority of product marketing manager sponsorship activity in Wisconsin. Milwaukee draws demand from financial services, insurance, and manufacturing sectors, while Madison's tech and health tech ecosystem, anchored by Epic Systems and university-connected startups, generates most of the SaaS and digital product marketing opportunities. Green Bay has limited but occasional openings at larger regional employers.
How to find product marketing manager visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can browse product marketing manager roles in Wisconsin without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. The platform surfaces opportunities at companies like Fiserv, Epic Systems, and other Wisconsin employers that have a documented history of sponsoring international candidates for marketing and product roles.
Are there state-specific factors that affect product marketing manager sponsorship in Wisconsin?
Wisconsin employers filing H-1B petitions for product marketing managers must meet the Department of Labor's prevailing wage requirements for the Milwaukee or Madison metropolitan areas, which vary from national averages. Madison's concentration of University of Wisconsin graduates creates a competitive local talent pool, so international candidates tend to be most competitive when they bring specialized experience in health tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS that is harder to source domestically.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored product marketing manager jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
