Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the definition of business/operations strategy for a focused program, by engaging and influencing senior leaders.
- Support cross-functional transformation projects by identifying opportunities, building solutions, implementing solutions across different teams.
- Apply frameworks and best practices to evaluate the transformation program’s readiness to launch, developing action plans, leading program mobilization efforts, and providing advisory and program management services throughout the life of the program.
- Evaluate and analyze data to support business strategy/operations improvements.
- Re-engineer processes to improve delivery, reduce complexity, reduce waste and incorporate accountability to sustain the change.
- Define and execute change management initiatives in support of strategy and process changes, including stakeholder assessments and communications.
- Foster organization wide collaboration in solving problems.
- Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering or equivalent or Relevant experience supporting cross-functional, strategic or transformation projects.
- Typically, 6+ years of experience supporting transformation and improvement programs.
- Demonstrated experience defining and establishing program structure and governance frameworks, KPI measurement, benchmarking, stakeholder management, and fiscal management.
Preferred:
- Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent improvement framework.
- Change management experience.

- Previous experience in the technology industry and/or one of the areas of Supply Chain (Plan, Source, Manufacture, Deliver), Sales Operations, Product Management & Support / Services.
