We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Data & Analytics Solution Lead with approximately 3–6 years of relevant experience who is ready to take on greater client-facing and solution-delivery responsibility. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role, not a people-management position. You will work closely with client business and IT stakeholders, our Data/BI architects and technical leads, and offshore development teams to understand business needs and drive the design and delivery of Data Engineering, Analytics, and BI solutions. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong working relationships with client business and IT stakeholders, internal architects, technical leads, and delivery teams.
- Lead requirements discussions to understand business processes, challenges, KPIs, reporting needs, and data requirements.
- Ask the right business and data questions and translate high-level needs into clear requirements, business rules, data requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Data Architects, BI Architects, technical leads, and SMEs to translate requirements into practical end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate closely with offshore Data Engineering and BI teams during solution design, development, testing, UAT, and Production deployment.
- Use SQL and data analysis to understand source data, validate requirements and business rules, investigate issues, and verify delivered solutions.
- Participate in data modeling, source-to-target mapping, ETL/data integration design, and BI/reporting solution design.
- Review data, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics applications to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and expected outcomes.
- Proactively communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, issues, and recommendations to client and internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives and drive requirements and deliverables through successful completion.
- Continuously develop technical and business knowledge to take on broader Data Solution and Data Architecture responsibilities over time.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, Technical Business Analysis, Analytics Consulting, or related areas.
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working directly with business and/or IT stakeholders to understand and translate requirements.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
- Good foundation in relational databases, data modeling, data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and BI/reporting concepts.
