Job Overview
We are seeking a high-octane, Individual Contributor (IC) to serve as the lead Product Manager of our cloud infrastructure, observability and developer experience strategy. In this role, you won't just manage a roadmap; you will own the end-to-end Customer outcomes and technical vision for the ecosystem that powers our training, fine-tuning, and inference workloads. This is a role for someone who thrives on deep technical complexity, high-stakes stakeholder influence, and direct hands-on delivery.
Vision: To build a resilient, invisible, and limitlessly scalable AI infrastructure that transforms Relativity One into the world's most intelligent legal platform, making generative AI and agentic capabilities instantly accessible, cost-effective, and secure for every matter and customer class.
Mission Statement: To empower Relativity’s Internal Engineering, Partner Developers and AI Research teams with a unified, cloud-native ecosystem. We will relentlessly optimize for Tokens-per-Second-per-Dollar (TPS/$), champion developer productivity through standardized APIs, ensure zero-compromise tenant isolation, and zero-touch scaling of the infrastructure for Customer workloads.
The Mission
You will be the primary driver of our platform’s evolution, bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI requirements and robust infrastructure engineering. Your goal is to build a world-class developer experience that makes "scaling to production" a frictionless reality.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Technical Roadmap: Define and execute a long-term vision for cloud infrastructure that supports multi-domain AI workloads. You are responsible for the "What" and the "Why."
- Platform Excellence & Design: Partner directly with Engineering to architect elastic and efficient systems. You will translate complex infrastructure needs into actionable product requirements for rapid experimentation and production scale.
- Developer Experience (DX) Ownership: Build delightful user experience that make unified developer experience a reality by understanding deeply pain points of Internal and Partner Developers using Infrastructure as a Service. You will maintain the end-to-end DX, including hands-on contributions such as documentation-as-code, markdown-based guides, and reviewing Pull Requests.
- Observability Data-Driven Optimization: Establish and own the North Star metrics for adoption, performance, and cost-efficiency. You will utilize deep competitive and market insights to pivot tactics and ensure we are building for the future.
- Stakeholder Influence: Act as the lead evangelist, building consensus across Security, Finance, and Engineering. You will navigate a complex organizational landscape to align diverse roadmaps into a cohesive platform strategy.
- Adoption & Enablement: Craft and execute the rollout strategies that ensure internal teams aren't just using the platform but are thriving on it.
Who You Are
- A Seasoned IC Driver: You have a proven track record of shipping platform-level products at scale. You prefer the "trenches" of product discovery and technical design over traditional people management.
- Technically Fluent: You are comfortable discussing GPU orchestration, inference latency, and CI/CD pipelines with senior engineers. You can hold your own in a PR review.
- Outcome-Obsessed: You lead with OKRs and KPIs. You don't just ship features; you move the needle on engineering velocity and infrastructure reliability.
- Master Communicator: You can distill a complex cloud transformation strategy into a 5-minute executive brief or a 50-page technical spec with equal ease.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Infrastructure: Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and AI/ML workflows. Deep understanding of AI tech stack across Compute, Storage and NW.
- Tools: Proficient in Markdown, Git/GitHub (PR workflows), and data analytics platforms. JIRA, Confluence, Product board, etc.
- Frameworks: Mastery of feature management, A/B testing methodologies, and cloud-native development practices.
Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$163,000 and $245,000
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.

Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Visa Sponsorship as a Group Product Manager
Emphasize cross-functional leadership experience
Highlight experience managing multiple product teams, coordinating with engineering and design, and driving strategic initiatives. This demonstrates the specialized management skills that justify H-1B sponsorship.
Document product portfolio impact
Quantify your impact across product lines with metrics like user growth, revenue attribution, or feature adoption. Concrete results strengthen both visa applications and employer sponsorship decisions.
Target companies with existing product hierarchies

Find Group Product Manager JobsFrequently Asked Questions
What degree fields qualify for Group Product Manager H-1B sponsorship?
Business administration, computer science, engineering, and related technical fields typically qualify. The key is demonstrating how your degree connects to product strategy, technical requirements gathering, and cross-functional team leadership. Some companies successfully argue that psychology or design degrees qualify through user experience and behavioral analysis aspects of product management.
Do Group Product Managers get approved for H-1B visas at higher rates?
Group PM roles generally see strong approval rates because they clearly require specialized knowledge in product strategy, technical coordination, and business analysis. The senior nature of the role helps demonstrate the complexity and specialization that USCIS looks for in specialty occupation determinations.
Can I get sponsored as Group Product Manager without previous PM experience?
It's challenging but possible if you have strong cross-functional leadership experience from engineering, consulting, or business roles. You'll need to clearly articulate how your background translates to product management skills. Most employers prefer candidates with direct product management experience for Group PM level sponsorship.
How to find Group Product Manager jobs with visa sponsorship?
Use Migrate Mate to find Group Product Manager positions with visa sponsorship. Focus on tech companies, fintech firms, and startups that commonly sponsor H-1B or skilled worker visas for senior product roles. Filter for companies with established product teams and international hiring practices. These roles often qualify for professional visa categories due to their strategic leadership responsibilities.
What's the difference between Group PM and Senior PM for visa sponsorship?
The distinction varies by company, but Group PMs typically oversee multiple product areas or teams while Senior PMs focus on individual products. For visa purposes, both qualify similarly as specialty occupations. Group PM may have slight advantages in demonstrating management complexity and specialized knowledge requirements.
Should I apply as Group Product Manager if I'm currently a Senior PM?
Only if you have genuine group-level experience managing multiple PMs or product areas. Overstating your level can hurt visa applications and job prospects. If you're between Senior and Group PM level, consider targeting Senior PM roles with growth potential or companies where your experience aligns with their Group PM definition.
What is the prevailing wage requirement for sponsored Group Product Manager jobs?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
