This position is a Hybrid role with expectations of 3 days per week on campus in either Cambridge or RTP. This position can be based in either Cambridge, MA or RTP, NC. The pay range posted encompasses the pay range for both potential work locations. Actual pay will be determined by the selected candidate’s work location, as well as relevant experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive delivery of complex, cross-functional Data, Analytics, and AI programs and projects.
- Lead Agile practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
- Manage Agile teams for system enhancements from backlog prioritization through implementation.
- Translate complex business challenges into actionable deliverables and scalable solutions.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage interdependencies and resolve delivery challenges.
- Provide visibility into program health, risks, dependencies, and business impact.
- Promote continuous improvement of Agile delivery practices and collaboration.
- Partner with business stakeholders, DAC, and AI teams to ensure stakeholder alignment and successful outcomes.
- Facilitate requirements gathering for data and analytics products.
- Collaborate with IT System Owners and DMA teams on data integration requirements.
- Make strategic decisions regarding delivery plans, resource coordination, and execution strategies.

The base compensation range for this role is: $128,000.00-$190,000.00
Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
