This role offers the opportunity to contribute across a diverse portfolio of new product and strategic initiatives. Working throughout the product development lifecycle, the individual will help size, evaluate, and deliver solutions by supporting leaders on large, complex priorities and independently managing projects of smaller or moderate scope. - Independently manage projects of smaller or moderate scope.
- Move comfortably between leading an initiative, owning a critical workstream, and supporting broader cross-functional delivery.

- Process-mapping and business-process analysis skills.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills within a cross-functional team environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
