- Configure and run technical product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert during sales calls.
System Monitoring & Optimization (Ongoing Focus)
- Track system performance proactively to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Engineer and propose feasible solutions within existing technical constraints.
- Maintain clear verbal and written communication with clients and technology partners.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infrastructure technologies to provide modern insights.
