ROLE PURPOSE
The role incumbent is focused on implementation of roadmaps for business process analysis, data analysis, diagnosis of gaps, business requirements & functional definitions, best practices application, meeting facilitation, and contributes to project planning. Consultants are expected to contribute to solution building for the client & practice. The role holder can handle higher scale and complexity compared to a Consultant profile and is more proactive in client interactions.
POSITION: TECHNICAL PRODUCT OWNER
MUST‑HAVE SKILLS
- Proven Product Owner experience managing end‑to‑end backlog, requirements, and delivery
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills (client‑facing is critical)
- Healthcare domain experience (clinical data)
- Hands‑on HEDIS exposure (measure logic, data flows, compliance, RCA)
- Solid SQL skills – able to:
- Validate data mapping across multiple tables
- Perform root‑cause analysis on data issues
- Support analytics and measure discrepancies
- Experience translating business problems into clear requirements / user stories
GOOD‑TO‑HAVE / ADVANTAGE
- Exposure to AI / Data / Analytics projects (AI tools, Copilot, automation, or ML‑assisted workflows)
- Prior experience with NCQA / CMS reporting or audits
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms supporting HEDIS

Experience

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
