Which companies in Arizona sponsor visas for technical product managers?
Intel's Chandler campus, GoDaddy, Axon (based in Scottsdale), Honeywell Aerospace, and Microchip Technology are among the Arizona employers with documented H-1B sponsorship histories for technical and product roles. Larger enterprise tech employers and semiconductor firms in the Phoenix metro tend to have established immigration programs, making them more likely to sponsor work visas for technical product manager positions than smaller startups.
Which visa types are most common for technical product manager roles in Arizona?
The H-1B is the most common visa for technical product managers in Arizona, given the role's reliance on a specialized degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. L-1B intracompany transferees also appear in Arizona's multinational tech and aerospace employers. Candidates with an active OPT or STEM OPT period through an Arizona university can begin working before an H-1B petition is filed.
Which Arizona cities have the most technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs?
The Phoenix metro, including Scottsdale, Chandler, and Tempe, accounts for the large majority of technical product manager sponsorship activity in Arizona. Chandler hosts Intel's major U.S. fabrication hub, Scottsdale is home to GoDaddy and Axon, and Tempe has a growing fintech and SaaS presence. Tucson has a smaller but active tech sector tied to the University of Arizona and defense contractors like Raytheon.
How to find technical product manager visa sponsorship jobs in Arizona?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, so you can search for technical product manager roles in Arizona without sorting through positions that don't support work authorization. The platform surfaces openings from employers with active sponsorship programs in the Phoenix and Tucson markets, saving significant time compared to unfiltered job searches. Creating a profile also helps you track new TPM listings as they appear.
Are there any Arizona-specific factors that affect technical product manager visa sponsorship?
Arizona's semiconductor and aerospace concentration means many technical product manager roles require familiarity with hardware product cycles or defense supply chains, which can strengthen a sponsorship case by demonstrating specialized knowledge. The state's right-to-work environment and lower cost of operations attract employers relocating from California, expanding the pool of sponsoring companies. Arizona State University and the University of Arizona also generate OPT pipelines that some employers factor into their hiring plans.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored technical product manager jobs in Arizona?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
