Ballinger, an integrated design-led practice, is seeking a forward-thinking and innovative Project Healthcare Planner to join our design team & collaborate with our clients to create empathetic places for healing. In this role, you will lead the planning and design of healthcare facilities, shaping environments that enhance patient care, staff efficiency, and operational performance. Projects will range in scale from campus master planning to strategic renovations of existing buildings to ground-up new Hospital and Ambulatory Care sites. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning of hospitals, clinics, and complex healthcare facilities
- Partner with clients to identify project goals, analyze needs, and develop tailored design solutions

- Develop and lead schematic designs, including preparation of drawings, models, and presentations
- Ensure designs align with applicable codes, regulations, and healthcare industry best practices
