Target established casino operators
Focus on major casino brands like MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, and Penn National Gaming. These companies have dedicated legal teams experienced with H-1B petitions and understand gaming industry visa requirements.
Emphasize regulatory compliance expertise
Highlight knowledge of gaming regulations, anti-money laundering protocols, and state gaming commission requirements. This specialized knowledge strengthens the specialty occupation argument for USCIS review.
Document hospitality management education
A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or gaming management directly supports the specialty occupation requirement. Include coursework in operations management and customer service.
Consider tribal gaming enterprises
Native American gaming operations often sponsor international talent and may have less competition than commercial casinos. Research tribal casinos in states with established gaming markets.
Highlight multilingual capabilities
Casinos serving diverse clientele value supervisors who speak multiple languages. This skill differentiates candidates and adds business value beyond standard supervisory duties.
Apply during off-peak hiring periods
Casino hiring often peaks before summer and holiday seasons. Applying during slower periods may result in more personalized attention from hiring managers and HR teams.

Find Table Games Supervisor JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Do Table Games Supervisors qualify for H-1B visa sponsorship?
Yes, if the position requires specialized knowledge and a bachelor's degree. USCIS typically approves petitions when employers demonstrate the role involves complex gaming operations, regulatory compliance, and advanced supervisory responsibilities that require formal education in hospitality management or business administration.
What degree do I need for H-1B sponsorship as a Table Games Supervisor?
Most successful H-1B petitions require a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, gaming management, or related field. Some casinos accept degrees in psychology or communications if combined with relevant gaming industry experience and specialized training certifications.
Which gaming companies commonly sponsor H-1B visas?
Major operators like MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, Penn National Gaming, and Boyd Gaming have sponsored H-1B visas for supervisory positions. Tribal gaming enterprises and international casino brands expanding in the U.S. also sponsor qualified candidates with specialized gaming expertise.
How to find Table Games Supervisor jobs with visa sponsorship?
To find Table Games Supervisor jobs with visa sponsorship, use Migrate Mate, which specializes in connecting international candidates with sponsoring employers. Focus your search on casinos, resort hotels, and gaming companies that commonly sponsor H-1B, TN, or other work visas for gaming professionals. These employers often need experienced supervisors to oversee blackjack, poker, and other table operations.
How do gaming regulations affect H-1B approval rates?
Gaming industry knowledge of state regulations, responsible gaming protocols, and anti-money laundering compliance strengthens H-1B petitions by demonstrating specialized knowledge. Employers must show the role requires more than basic supervisory skills available domestically, making regulatory expertise valuable for approval success.
Can I transfer my gaming license between states on an H-1B?
Gaming licenses are state-specific and don't automatically transfer. Each state has different requirements for background checks and licensing. Your H-1B status doesn't exempt you from state gaming commission requirements, so plan for potential delays when changing employers across state lines.
What is the prevailing wage requirement for sponsored Table Games Supervisor jobs?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
