ROLE
As a Workforce Management Specialist, you will be the brain behind the schedule—designing smart, strategic staffing plans that ensure every department runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work with cutting-edge scheduling tools to match the right talent with the right time slots, adjusting to the ever-changing rhythm of our resort operation. THE STARTING RATE: $20.75 an hour
DAY-TO-DAY
- Design and deliver smart scheduling solutions based on current business needs and exceptions
- Partner with department leaders to analyze staffing needs and create strategies for peak efficiency
- Implement best practices while honoring labor agreements and maintaining fairness and equity in scheduling
- Track and manage key performance metrics including Service Level, Occupancy, Abandonment Rate, ASA, and AHT
- Balance scheduling efficiency with legal requirements and service expectations to support a seamless operation
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Brings prior experience in scheduling and time editing within a high-volume or complex staffing environment
- Holds a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Preferably demonstrates working knowledge of Virtual Roster, Workday, and EKG systems
- Handles multiple priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment
- Exhibits 2+ years of prior relevant work experience
