We are seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to oversee warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure field crews have the materials they need to complete projects successfully.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials used on commercial construction projects. This role serves as the central hub between purchasing, project management, fabrication, and field operations to ensure materials are available, organized, and ready before each installation.

The ideal candidate enjoys staying organized, takes pride in maintaining an efficient warehouse, and understands the importance of supporting crews in the field.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory of warehouse stock and consumable supplies.
• Pull, stage, and package materials for upcoming installation projects.
• Load company vehicles with materials for scheduled jobs.
• Deliver and pick up materials from vendors, jobsites, and fabrication shops as needed.
• Verify materials received match purchase orders and packing slips.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain inventory records.
• Keep the warehouse, inventory cage, and yard clean, organized, and safe.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Purchasing, and Field Superintendents regarding material needs.
• Assist fabrication personnel with moving materials and supporting shop operations.
• Identify damaged or missing materials and report discrepancies promptly.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
• Perform routine inspections of company delivery vehicles and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, construction, or inventory experience preferred.
• Experience in the commercial construction or glazing industry is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and inventory software experience is a plus).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 75 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
