KBR is the leading wholesale countertop manufacturer and installation company for the Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and West Virginia areas. For over 48 years, we have provided quality kitchen and bath countertops in stone, quartz, solid surface and laminate to the residential and commercial markets. We are growing again and are currently looking for Customer Order Associates to join our team. These customer order associates will work directly with a select Retailer staff and their customer to facilitate the sales process.
Duties will include quoting and processing of countertop orders, cabinet orders, verifying cost and all selections. Calling customers to go over template documentation as well as. We’re looking for individuals who are organized, strong communicators and can handle pressure well.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn is a must! We take pride in our family run business, and the success that the team at KBR has achieved. Our customer service associates are often times the first point of contact for many of the retail designers and customers and as a result are our most important contributors to maintaining our positive and successful image.

Qualifications and Skills
Requirements include:
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- A minimum of a year previous sales support, customer service, or office administrative experience required.
- Knowledgeable of order processing
- 2020 experience helpful
- Must have strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills, and be able to effectively communicate with others.
- Strong Listening skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to promote a positive attitude at all times
- Must be computer literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone, copier.
