What You’ll Do
- Coordinate assigned customer accounts and projects, communicating requirements across departments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate job tickets, work orders, project specifications, and customer records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and Sales inquiries about orders, schedules, revisions, and project status.
- Monitor project progress, communicate schedule changes, and help resolve issues that could affect quality or delivery.
- Review estimates, proofs, customer specifications, and job instructions for accuracy and completeness before production.
- Ensure customer approvals and change requests are documented and communicated to the appropriate teams.
- Enter and maintain orders, change orders, purchase orders, and related information in company systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed to support customer projects.
- Support production, purchasing, shipping, billing, and project closeout with complete and accurate documentation.
- Work with client websites to track orders, inventory and delivery status.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow, customer service, and process consistency.
