Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Commercial Foodservice Project Coordinator to manage equipment projects from bid through delivery.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare bids and equipment using plans, specifications, and equipment schedules
- Obtain vendor pricing, availability, and lead times
- Coordinate AIA documents and project paperwork
- Order and track equipment, purchase orders, backorders, and changes
- Communicate with customers, contractors, vendors, sales, warehouse staff, and drivers
- Coordinate equipment receiving, staging, and delivery schedules
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while identifying potential issues before they cause delays
- Serve as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills
- Experience construction projects, purchasing, logistics, or project coordination preferred
- Commercial foodservice equipment experience and ability to read plans/specifications a plus
