Responsibilities
The Project Manager Facilities supports the field team managing store maintenance needs, sustainability projects, construction work, vendor relationships, and billing/invoicing. This role will also assist the Manager of Facilities in creating and managing quarterly preventive maintenance programs and follow up for stores.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure preventative maintenance programs are sustained for all applicable trades including GMC (general maintenance contractors), HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), janitorial, and pest control, and other large- or small-scale maintenance projects
- Partner with Real Estate and Store Operations on store construction projects
- Review performance reporting by vendor/trade on response and resolution time, determine SLA standards, and create metrics/dashboards to evaluate efficacy
- Partner with Manager of Facilities to help set facilities budgets, both elective and preventative
- Help implement, and manage facilities’ process improvements
- Resolve escalated or emergency maintenance issues and coordinate issue resolution
- Partner with Real Estate and lead Store Operations workstream on store construction projects
- Communicate and collaborate with field business leaders and cross functional partners
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
- 3 years of experience
- Previous project, construction, and/or facilities management experience
- General mechanical and HVAC knowledge
- RFMP (Retail Facility Maintenance Professional) Certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to travel 20-25% of the time with weekend accessibility
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Google Workspace

- Ability to communicate and build relationships with both vendors and field
- Resourceful and solution-oriented
- Experience with Service Channel a plus
