We are seeking someone who is comfortable managing day-to-day financial records and helping keep our office finances organized and up to date.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
- Enter and categorize transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Track customer payments and outstanding balances
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Process and record vendor invoices and payments
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with payroll-related bookkeeping as needed
- Help ensure financial information is accurate and up to date
- Assist with other administrative/accounting duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Reliable and dependable
- Good communication and computer skills

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
