Tampa CPA firm providing high-end tax advisory, accounting, and consulting services to business clients throughout the Southeast United States is seeking a career-minded Senior Accountant.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Assist high-net-worth clients through advisory, planning, and review of their income tax positions and returns for corporations, partnerships, trusts, and individuals.
- Review accounting and financial statement compilations prepared by accounting associates and staff.
- Enjoy building new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client businesses.
- Perform tax law and financial research.
Desired Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Active CPA license
- 3+ years of strong prior tax and accounting experience.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask
- Must be independent with strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with QuickBooks, XERO, Accounting CS, Juno, CCH, Ultra Tax, or similar software is a plus, but not required.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with teams at various levels.
