Entry Level Advertising Analyst Jobs: Frequently Asked Questions
How do I get an entry level advertising analyst job?
Entry level advertising analyst roles reward candidates who can demonstrate hands-on experience with data and ad platforms, even if that experience comes from internships, class projects, or freelance work. Employers at this level look for familiarity with tools like Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager, basic Excel or spreadsheet skills, and an ability to interpret campaign performance. A portfolio showing real results, even from small projects, gives you a concrete edge.
Which companies hire entry level advertising analysts?
Companies hiring entry level advertising analysts right now include Amazon, Spectrum, and Taboola, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. At this level, hiring comes from a wide range of employers, including digital marketing agencies, consumer brands, media companies, and tech firms with in-house advertising teams.
Are there remote entry level advertising analyst jobs?
Yes, though on-site and hybrid roles remain common at the entry level. About 25% of entry level advertising analyst openings are remote or hybrid as of July 2026, so candidates open to flexible arrangements will find options worth pursuing alongside in-office roles.
Are these new grad advertising analyst jobs?
Yes, the listings here include new grad, recent graduate, and junior advertising analyst roles. A posting is typically new-grad friendly when it welcomes zero to two years of experience, counts internships or academic projects toward the requirement, or explicitly accepts a strong portfolio in place of a long work history. Searching for junior titles alongside entry level will surface the broadest set of options for new grads.
Which industries hire the most entry level advertising analysts?
Entry level advertising analyst roles concentrate in Retail, Technology & Software, and Marketing & Advertising, based on current listings on Migrate Mate as of July 2026. These sectors tend to drive hiring at the entry level because they run high volumes of paid campaigns and need analysts who can pull performance data, build reports, and support optimization work from day one.
