We are looking for a Logistics Process Manager– D2O / L2C Logistics & SAP EWM (Agile Delivery). This position will be based at Fort Worth, TX (or surrounding area).
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, supporting the delivery of logistics and supply chain solutions across multiple manufacturing locations. You will focus on defining, documenting, and improving SAP-enabled processes while driving alignment between operational needs and technical execution.
You’ll make a difference by:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of logistics and supply chain processes from ideation through implementation and handoff
- Partnering with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine requirements into actionable deliverables
- Creating and managing Agile artifacts (Epics, Features, User Stories) and supporting backlog prioritization
- Performing as-is and to-be process mapping and conducting gap analysis to support standardization efforts
- Collaborating with IT teams to support SAP solution design, testing (UAT/integration), and execution
- Translating technical solutions into clear, business-friendly language and acting as a liaison across teams
- Driving continuous improvement across warehouse, distribution, and logistics operations, including support for process standardization initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience with the following:
- SAP WM/EWM and logistics execution processes, including warehouse operations
- Business process documentation, requirements gathering, and gap analysis
- Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, user stories, backlog management)
- Collaboration with IT teams to support solution delivery and testing
- Supply chain, distribution, or warehouse operations knowledge
- Ability to travel up to approximately 25% domestically and internationally
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Embedded EWM, or Transportation Management
- Knowledge of 3PL operations, material flow integration, or warehouse automation environments
- Exposure to automation, robotics, or emerging technologies within supply chain operations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into solutions
